There are three ways to order from TYT-LNZ for your convenience.

• Online order form will record all of your information and send to TYT-LNZ for immediate processing.  
  
• Use the downloadable form if you prefer to send your order by fax (503-324-0992) or regular mail. Orders can be mailed to:

• You can place your order directly with TYT-LNZ at 503-324-0990.  Phone orders can be placed during business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday through Saturday.  If you don't catch us in the office, leave a number and we'll return your call, or leave the appropriate order details and we'll start processing !

The online order form and e:mail transmission are encrypted using SSL to protect your personal and credit card information.   You will see a padlock symbol in the bottom right corner of the screen indicating that the encryption mechanism is functioning.

Complete Credit Card number, expiration date (month and year), 3-digit validation code and signature (mail and fax orders) must be included.   Credit card charges are recorded when the order has shipped.

If you are not comfortable sending Credit Card info over the internet, please leave those fields blank, but include a phone number and we will follow-up with you directly.

TERMS:
Orders may be charged to VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards or through a PayPal account.

Sorry - No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.

SALES TAX:
There is no sales tax in Oregon !!

SHIPPING:
If items ordered are in stock, shipment will be made 1 to 2 days after receipt of order.   Transit can take up to 7 days for U.S. ground/surface shipments.   Please allow up to 10 business days to receive merchandise after placing an order.
